The Capital Diva is a one-shoulder occasion gown with a structured, boned corset bodice and a soft pleated neckline, finished with a sculpted rose detail on the shoulder and a delicate keyhole cut-out. A draped waist sash cascades into flowing ruffles down one side, and the full chiffon skirt sweeps to the floor with a graceful train.
