RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Deright Fashion Store, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Bespoke and custom made-to-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How To Start A Return Email us at info@derightfs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Refunds Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us immediately at info@derightfs.com if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will resolve it promptly.
